Maybe Never Again Poem by Zyw Zywa

Maybe Never Again

They mean well
but it is difficult

to be company
and even then I am alone

without you
Tomorrow you may come

never home again
from the hospital

I have no peace
neighbours call in

between the visiting hours
they want to do something

and everyone asks answers
that reassure for another day

I am admired
I am strong, I have to

Who knows me? Surprised people don't
You know me, though often you don't

Don't leave me, don't
leave me, please don't
