Me, Mario Poem by Mario, Lucien, Rene Odekerken

Me, Mario

I wake up with thoughts unfinished,
yesterday still lingers in my bones.
The world moves, and I move with it,
sometimes ahead, often behind.

I am built of quiet moments,
of laughter that fades too soon,
of questions without answers,
of memories I can't return to.

Some days, I am a mountain.
Other days, just a shadow passing by.
But always, I am here,
still becoming.
