Me, Myself, And You Poem by Dakota Ellerton

Me, Myself, And You

Rating: 2.0

My heart burns through my chest,
pooling blood around my body.
A moment so gentle,
the thought kills me.
I could deny,
and never be content.
It’s almost sickening,
how oblivious I was.
You embraced me, Me.
I held loosley to sanity,
until my grip had completley released.
Your soul,
touched mine.
This would be,
the last time we’d see one another.
Passion overwhelmed us,
as our bodies entangled.
My name… say my name.
I begged of you,
say my name.
My eyes pleaded with yours,
can you not look at me.
Whisper it…
‘————-‘…
That’s not..my name.
