Meditate - Poem by Daya Nandan

Meditate, not only to find inner peace but, also, to find self-understanding.
Meditate, let the untapped swirling force within your soul start expanding,
Meditate and find the unseen pathways of life and hidden powers within the mind,
Meditate, learn to control your entire being, unlock paths that you once failed to find,

Find yourself in meditation, realize your true purposes and goals in life,
Let it improve your focus, let your mind be sharper than the sharpest knife,
Clear your mind of all distractions and obstacles that block you,
Clear your thoughts of doubts, fears and sorrowful thoughts so blue,

Liberate your mind from the negative thoughts that bound you to the ground,
Meditation will teach you that all troubles have solutions all around,
But ideas and solutions seek out only minds that are strong and calm,
Not worrying and fearful men that smack their faces with their palm,

Meditate and learn to use a hidden force of energy within the earth,
Meditate to become a new and better person, meditation leads to rebirth,
From the ashes of what you once were you shall rise like a phoenix to the sky,
Meditation will give your body strength to face challenges you would never try,

Meditate my friends, it will be a powerful technique for you to learn,
To strengthen your mind, body and soul, show your heart a new way to burn,
A flamming hert and soul will make you unstoppable and brave,
It will improve your performance and help you dodge death’s evil grave,

You will be controlled, brave and calm when your mind is clear and at peace,
Better judgement skills will awaken and hidden powers within will have a release,
Meditate to maximise your potential, medititate to let your trueself awaken,
Meditate to be more compassionate and brave, become fearless and unshaken,
