Meditate

At times, one feels the need to
be by themselves and not bother
to do a thing. To sit in a chair and
meditate and just let the telephone
ring. You'll be quite surprised how
you're going to feel and how your
conscience, won't bother you one
bit. For it's a way to get away from
it all, to keep you mentally fit! With
everyday occurances, our minds
and bodies, need to relax and just
let everything go. So sit in your
chair and meditate, it's a way, that
will help you, to grow!
