A trail of escapes is all he leaves,
A path of escapes is all he creates,
For an escape into a world,
Where there is no need to escape.
With a heart full of dreams,
And a mind full of fears,
He is dragging himself onto,
This journey full of escapes.
The fear of fall has now gone,
The plight of fallen now prevails.
Still, I see him running again,
Toward a place, yet unknown.
The dreams once he chased,
Are the ones giving him the chase.
The life once he longed for,
Is the one today he runs from.
I hailed him to stop,
Asked him to look back,
To see, to search, to find,
The all he says he has lost.
He stopped for a moment,
And then off he went again.
That moment was the sole reality,
Rest all was just my another escape.
