Mental and physical state

it is mental stress
that we face daily
and on day to day basis
there is a complete thesis on this
What is a healthy body?
it is an asset to everybody
and helps to stand against any disorder
or helps a person to think calmly and offer
we have tall dreams and that keeps men fighting
it forces him to go any level for achieving
in doing so, he uses his extra energy
and thus invites mental stress existed already
secondly, he or she doesn't share grief or joy with anybody
this makes his heart to palpitate more in excess of the capacity
an anxiety increases giving rise to the blood pressure
the time comes when he is unable to control the body mentally
either he or she has to retire for some reasons
or resort to the medicines
that keeps him dependent
and suffer the worst mental state
