Oh moon; we are proud of you
Despite miles away you come
To shine our life in the night
How I wished the people could
Learn the importance of relation
from you while alive in this world
we despite living together remain away
What type of heritage is this which
Breeds distance among people's hearts
In the name of religion with serious
Adverse reflection on our aged old
culture of oneness
When every religion gives message
of brotherhood and tolerance to all
Who are these custodian of hatred?
We have to remove and eliminate this
Toxic poison of communal hatred from
Society else we will remain riddled in
The quagmire of communal turmoil
India is land of tolerance and unity in
Diversity. Let us resolve to work for
Peace, harmony and brotherhood
So that our next generation can breath
fresh air; away from the mutual distress.
Mamutty chola
This is a lovely portrayal and firm message of secularism. Indeed we need to have this integral notion ingrained in our souls. Beautiful.
