Midnight Bliss Poem by Refiloe Mokoena

Midnight Bliss

Your texts make me smile, I'm beaming
This can't be real I must be dreaming
Did you really say you're missing me?
Maybe we're truly meant to be.

I thirst for your presence
Does it even make sense?
It's been years since we last spoke
But you still manage to make my blood boil.

You are my forever, I hope that I am yours
You put a smile on my face, do I put it on yours?
You're the dream that came true
It's like you make my skies blue.

You got me going crazy all night
I can't get to sleep, is this alright?
I don't feel normal, you're my drug
You're the charm that brings me luck.
