Midnight Sonata Poem by Joyce Hemsley

Midnight Sonata

They both fell in love
On a glorious evening
Venus shone her bright glow.
The keys played softly at midnight
Piano Sonata ~ adagio.

They walked hand in hand
And two hearts took flight.
Feeling love's magical glow.
Lost in the sounds of gentle delight
Violin Concerto ~ adagio.

They both stayed in love
And the future looked bright,
No more sadness, sorrow or woe.
Music echoed so silently
Moonlight Sonata ~ adagio.

A lovely love poem that flowed just like the musci of a sonata. Nicely done. Spiritsong
