Midst The Splashy Goings On Poem by james watkin

Midst The Splashy Goings On

Midst the splashy goings on
Sportive, at this shore's edge
What's not at first, each cheer through
Frivolous, clear to view:
Life; as a noble venture.
Seriously worthwhile.
Til there, mocked; through one babe's gloat.
Putting to sea toy boat.
