Midst The Sweat And Travail Poem by james watkin

Midst The Sweat And Travail

Midst the sweat and travail
Of his days on Earth
That ache, indignity's
Weighing all for it
As symptom of proud thought
Lounged, laid back forgot.
With each full barrow load
To and from a pit.
