Mirror Still Poem by Mario, Lucien, Rene Odekerken

Mirror Still

In the quiet glass, I see,
a stranger staring back at me.
Eyes that hold a thousand days,
and whispers lost in winding ways.

Who am I beneath the frame,
a shifting shape, a fleeting name?
The mirror shows, but never speaks,
the answer that my silence seeks.
