Missing - Poem by Michael P. McParland
I'm so painfully missing you and
all the fun things we shared both big and small.
The conversations we shared laughing all the while,
making you laugh was always one of the greatest
things that I could do and always tried because
I love you and you being happy is a splendor.
Your smiling and laughing fills me up wtith joy.
I'm missing all the things we shared,
plans for the future and that we were on the verge
of really breaking through when things went so wrong
and it makes me want to cry because I miss you
so much my heart just twists around in need to
hear your voice and read your words.
I'm missing you so bad and it makes me tired and want to go to bed.
Without you here I feel lifeless and all around
me is just dreary gray.
I miss you my darling Angel and I can't wait for
you to come back here and stay.
I'm missing your sweet spirit and loving heart I can
feel so very strong even from the distance that seperates us now.
Your spirit and kindness are so very strong,
you truly are one of Gods brightest Angels and a blessing
that is needed here on earth and in my life.
I love and miss you my only one and it's painful
feeling incomplete without you in my life.
