Missing You Poem by Theresa Ann Moore

Missing You

Rating: 4.5

You came into my life like a song in spring
A tune so enjoyable… it stole my heart away
The sound had no equal, such joy it did bring
Now only the sound of silence is heard everyday

I am insignificant and unimportant in your eyes
Is it ache that I feel? I should say no not at all
The glow that I felt has been deflated in size
Abandonment has made me… feel very small
