Mistakes, Mistakes, I Hate Making Mistakes Poem by Hebert Logerie

Mistakes, Mistakes, I Hate Making Mistakes

I have made a lot of mistakes
For God's sake, I hate making mistakes
In writing, in accounting, in letters and numbers
Nobody is perfect. I make a gazillion errors
Of course, I am not perfect
Many times, I am not correct
You too, my friends. You mess up too
You forget this, and I forget that
On our face, we fall flat
We miss it. We all make mistakes
For God's sake, we must stay away from the lakes
We're strong to admit that we're human
We're imperfect. We mess up, and we sin
And we also ask for forgiveness
We're forgiven, and we're blessed.
Nobody is perfect. We try to do our best
And we never settle for anything less.
