Misuse of National logo

It is a great disservice
and promises made
to the whole of Gujarat Sahitya lovers
with the offer of awards to private groups

They misused Indian Government Logo
and allowed to go
it with the free use of Government machinery 
and brought disrepute to the country

Nigerian papers declared it as awards from India Government
and presented Vishnu Pandya, Chaiman, as sole authority 
to mortgage literature interest of Gujarat 
in the hands of a private group called Motivational strips

Mr. Vishnu Pandya, the chairman, has not only brought a bad name
but lowered the prestige of Gujarat Sahitya by becoming a patron and distributed 350 awards to his group members
they might ay be appointed administrators 
who claimed to be evaluators

I appeal to the Government of Gujarat and India
to take stern action 
and if necessary remove him from the chairmanship
and also take the legal action against the founder for using the national logo
