MÀÁMI

Maami!
My mom you are
The creamy moon,
On that very night;
Of every new year,
When all the world
Are running happily
Round the streets,
Dancing here and there.

Maami!
You are the broad
Sweet Warmest sun,
On the holy morning,
Of every church day.
To which priests bends
Their hearts and knees,
In solemnity they pray for you
Shalom! shalom! ! shalom! ! ! .

Maami!
You are as beautiful,
Beautiful as you are;
A little sea-eyed girl,
Dressed up in purple.
Bearing a rose flower,
And in her two hands
All the children loves,
To pick your soft cheeks.

Maami!
Where are you?
I'm lonely gazing down
At our old time photos;
Those sweet memories,
Are coming to my mind.
Don't worry about me--Ma
I'll soon be home, I love you
God and all the saints knows it.
