She'll run round when she is crazy
She'll sigh and cry just like a lady
If she get up to where she cant jump down
She'll chew her furs clean as collar
She'll rub her eyes green as dollar
And her cold feet like that of sea-camel
Sometimes I'd kick her with mine fists,
Grandma spoil her with much food treats
Allowing her to sleep hours like she need no help.
Her paws like needles in orange tree
And she'll pin me up and she'll wake me
We'll lick our ice-cream and the donuts
But Grandma's cat went away from home
I sought her from here down to rome
We never saw her till the world ended.
Her paws like needles in orange tree And she'll pin me up and she'll wake me We'll lick our ice-cream and the donuts /// beautiful animal poem penned; beautifully delineated the characters of the grandma's cat and car to it; congrats for being selected this poem as POD.......from me 5******

First CONGRATULATIONS for being chosen as The Member Poem Of The Day. Hooray! 5 Stars full vote for this humorous poem. What I know about cats, when they do not return home anymore, they are dying at some secluded place, well known to the cat, her hiding place, gone to the cat-angels in heaven. Yes, she is dead by now.I congratulate you for the MPOTD and I send you my deep condolences for your cat that died recently.

Ah, this was sad to read! Cats are such a delight to have around. What could have happened to her? Lovely, lovely poem!
