Moderation

Rating: 5.0

Walk the line
All the time
Don't do bad
Or be too glad

For moderation is needed
And your appetitenot exceeded
These are the rules to live by
Go ahead and try.

Tablets

I take my tablets every day
So my ailments will go away
They say my levels are just right
And If I play the game it will be alright

When I was young I'd run a mile
Push-ups were my forte then with guile
But that was then and now is now
I'm older now I can't comprehend why it changed somehow

So it seems the older you get
The more tablets so don't fret
For as you walk you may rattle
But collecting and swallowing tablets is the battle.
