Modern Poets of Bengal
Poets who boast their poetry,
Poets who think of their
poeticalness, as above all,
Seldom read the poems of others,
Their rhythm is vacant vault,
The pompous parade of words,
Without depth gingle of words,
Without thought showy Mind,
Where mind fails to go beyond mind,
Only words fly like dust in Air.

Excellent Prebir. I wrote a great truth, but I know many modern poets around the world who are the same as in Bengal.
(2) The poem reads like you are passing a judgement on the calibre of your fellow poets on PH who hail from the state of West Bengal. You cannot and should not do that. Doing this will belittle your own stature among poets. Thanks.
(1) I think you have committed a big blunder as far as the title of this poem is concerned. Which poets are you talking about? English poets from Bengal, Bangla poets from Bengal or all poets who are active (or not so active) on PH? What does it denote 'Modern Poets Of Bengal'? This is totally unfair.
This poem is written for a particular reason and for some particular persons... Not for all poets of Bengal and not for poemhunter poets.. I have to give my port's note.....however don't take it in mind.. Poetry should come as it wants to come..it is a reaction poem...thanks
