Moisture, A Limiting Factor
I love you deeply in my heart.
I care for you way back.
You may not know my love
For I dare not let you know.
I do not confirm your love
In absence of a definite clue.
Heat is there, soil is there,
And light is there for the seed.
Yet the plumule is dormant
For want of moisture.
Many loves fail to take off
From unopened hearts.
