Mom, you were
Sunday,24th Oct 2021
Mom, you were always right
whether I remained wrong or right
there was no fight at all
all depended on your being well
I held your finger
whenever I went over
to cross the road there
I had no fear in mind
one morning I found you not with me
everything is running with weeping tears
I sensed hidden fear
some tears dropped
I found myself alone
the cover was gone
I looked at her silent face
telling me as if I have a critical phase
The sky loomed large with dark clouds
it sounded danger
for a motherless child
to find something in a hollow world
I asked stars
why did you take away mom and taken far
what was such a necessity?
was there no one to be preferred by an almighty?
Mom was an angle
and hoped it was the case with other people too
Now I realized how was she loved by all
and how it grave to witness a fall!
