hikari enma

amidst the throng of people,
in the middle of the street
we met

intrepid eyes fixed on each other
(two long lost wanderer)
we stared

the world seemed to stop
(as if in a trance)
we passed each other
with just a glance

horn of passing bus woke me up

blue and yellow signals stop.
