Monster Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Monster

Like before
Coffee shop inspires
Men, women, boys and girls
Their chitchats and their wears
Most of all their actions and their say
And makeups, most of all what they may
Do, behave for winning attentions, to conquer

I spy
Roll my eyes
But like mouse
I'm alert and in wall
Nose and mouth both small
Her skin is too light; oriental
On eyelids her purchased eyelashes
She's great when looking right, straight
When reading, eyes lowered, exactly a monster
