More Thoughts

I witness a man trying to get a drunk out of the middle of the street, just then a policeman drove by and asked, 'What's the problem here? ' to which the drunk quickly answered, 'This man pushed me and tried to kill me! ' Luckily the police man knew it was not true. The poor Samaritan swore not to ever help anybody off the street again as he left the scene... Sad!

Do you ever lose things and find them back in the place you swore you looked at a few times before? I swear there's got to be goblins.

Is not always good to tell others your troubles... most of the time they are too busy worrying about their own.

Don't worry about what others may think or say about you... it's just their way of getting their eyes off of their faults... many enjoy a good juicy piece of gossip, too bad it comes with a big prize ticket as nothing is free on earth and eventually we'll pay for what we say or do.

I saw a woman slip on the side walk, she quickly got up and instead of tending to her bumps the first thing she did was look all around... I pretended not to have noticed.

I used to be very embarrassed to ask for help, I thought it was shameful?
until it involved asking help for my young child, then all embarrassment went out the door.

I envy (in a good way) those that have the gift of making us laugh they can insult, use coarse language and still get laughs...they get away with murder and everyone laughs?

Why is it that when I try to make a joke, I'm taken seriously and when I'm gripping about something in a write, they all laugh? I wonder if things will work out if I just do the opposite? ... Hmm! ...better not, better quit while I'm ahead and not make a bigger mess.

Not everyone should be a mother, and those that should be, many times can't have children? many times life gives to those that don't appreciate... as they say, 'God gives bread to those that have no teeth.'

I overheard a couple, a lady told a man, 'Oh! look at that poor hunch back man! '... the man answered, 'I'm sure God marked him for a reason.'

Many think that illnesses or sufferings are the result of sin, but we can not speculate such things, who are we to make such judgments. Saints have suffered and it wasn't because they were sinful disobedient beings.

I don't want to be a saint, but if ailments and pain qualifies you, I'd say I could give lessons on it...lol

Suffering builds patience, understanding, courage, and love...but on the other hand it can also develop, impatience, indifference, weakness and hate.

What makes two people react totally opposite to abuse? one becomes a victim while the other an abuser...it takes a very special person to become neither, but a well adjusted person... I want a blood transfusion from that last person.

How can sensitive people still survive in this violent and chaotic world?

I love lions and tigers but it doesn't mean I have to live amongst them.
Of such tempers I try to stay within running distance.

We are to love all...but why is it that some make it so darn hard?

I once heard that friends is God's way of making it up to us for some of our family members.

Forgiveness doesn't come easy only with God's help can one truly forgive.

I'm grateful for everything even the pain that taught me to be considerate of those who suffer and the illness that made me appreciate pain free days.

A sunny day is lovely but rain bring with her many blessings.

Don't judge, refrain from such tempting delicacies and just like when you lose weight, you'll lose the burdens placed by a loaded mind and soul.

Love those that you most despise and get to know them, you'll discover that once you get through their hard shell, there's a soft sweet nugget inside.

Some of the mentioned ideas here are not new, we all know this, we were born with this knowledge imprinted in our souls, is just that we get so busy at times we need to be reminded. It helps me to write about these things it refreshes my mind, soul and spirit... this is a good exercise to keep me aware and to stay focus against evil practices and bad habits.

Pray for all and your circle of love will extend to encompass beyond your wildest imagination, returning to you limitless blessings of light & love.

At the end it all boils down to Love.

Be Love!
