Morning Revelations Poem by Rafael Cazares

Morning Revelations

Can you feel the possibility in the airs? Is loneliness selfish? Is your direction erratic? Are our eyes ignorant of listening? Can we truly be independent and liberated from our self-made prisons? My hatred will never subside. A well kindled fire which hopes to inspire the anguish of enriched liars. I am the under hoping to go over. My own devils can only be suppressed when i'm anything but sober. I hope to see new horizons by the end of the night. I wake beside a lake to realize my life was always at stake. We all know what we have to face. We just have this problem of looking away and never letting it be erased.
