Morning Rose Poem by Candika Niada

Morning Rose

Rating: 5.0

Petals begin to open,
Dew begins to drip,
The sun begins to shine.
A good morning is near.

Flowers fully open now,
Unsheltered from the storm,
Rain drops crash down,
Bruising first one, then another.

Petals closing now as
Evening draws close.
The rain is dried up,
The bruises fade away.

Good night Flower.
Sleep tight Rose.
Sweet dreams Lilly.
A new day draws near.
