Daydreams of more
Than I've got to show
Caught at the ledge
The pain that struck
My heart failing to heal
New faces and smiles
As my tears stream
Because my life has been
Mostly blue
And in truth
I've spent thirteen years flirting
Feeling insufficiently
Isolated in a crowd
In my search for the sun
