Moth Attractor Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Moth Attractor

Many re-act after the fact.
As if to do that dramatically,
Will change what had occurred.
And stop them from striking,
The match to have started a fire!

"I didn't think a doing I did,
Would return for me to get...
This kind of negative attention."

-Not often does anyone admit,
A doing of something stupid.
To believe it will achieve,
Positive results and academy awards.
But you?
Your point of view of life,
Has always attracted...
Moths to a flame,
Hearing you place blame on someone else.-
