So far, life has been darkness
And love has turned into pain
There's no point denying the evidence
When it's happened over and over again

There's no point talking about this
Because the tears will be dried tomorrow
I'll forget why I was hurting
No tears, No cries, No sorrow

I don't care enough to stay with you
And why should I after all this
My heart will stop aching and I will move on
But no matter what, I won't forget your gentle kiss

Life is turning into a bright day
Even though this love has ended in pain
There's still no point in denying it
It'll happen over and over again

But the sun still shines through my windows
And the kids still need to be fed
I still have to go to work
I still have reasons to get out of bed

Sure I'll miss you a little bit
