Multiply The Benefits None Poem by Jake Andrews

Multiply The Benefits None

AS men we stand at first and last
In a world devoid of none
so like we are to the lowly rat
So high we rise up to the heavens
With eagles we soar
and with fish we drown
multiply the benefits none

With the apple ate and paradise lost
Consumption against, the earth the cost
Hungry till the end of time
To the root it goes, consumptions grind
Complacent suicide, the fall of man
Beaten down by Satan's hand
multiply the benefits none

The wells of earth in time they dry
as the eagles above, down they die
Forbidden fruit of lust we seek
in time there will be nothing left to eat
With knowledge comes the growth of mind
Swiftly it comes, with not a creature left to find
multiply the benefits none

The famine strikes the desperate man
The rich have food, and end it they can
Pestilence spares not rich or poor
Death carts will roll from door to door
War will tear the earth in twine
Greed still is whats mine is mine
Mother earth she stops, by man shes done

Multiply the benefits none
