Mummy I Love Your Daughter Poem by Pen Anthony

Mummy I Love Your Daughter

Mummy
Your daughter's got something to confess
She's afraid you'll not approve
She like any other fool fell in love
I non the wiser fell too.

She loves me
I know what you told her about boys
She really did try to keep away
It's i who wouldn't
I will never

I fell in love with her
Mummy i got to say
You've raised quite a woman
Don't worry about her young heart being broken
I can do no such thing - as i am weak from love
