What if i can't take No for an answer
what if i want more -than a friend
that i know better than to keep off.
I see you with him
how he looks at you
how you look at him
from the corner of the eye
you always catch me staring.
Solemnly wishing i was starring
in the capture of your heart
how i could give you better
if i didn't come later
the latter can't hold me back
for i have got to try
to fight for your heart, hoping for victory.
Defeat i shall take not
though my praying
is preying on your love
i have to as i am a mere
servant to my heart.
