Musings And Meditations Poem by ENOCH JOHN

Musings And Meditations

Peace descends with tranquility within my soul,
The day's worries and cares fleetingly depart.

I will restore, saith the Lord,
All the former years when your soul did prosper.
O Peace! Come into my heart to dwell.

Where the lovely flowers bloom and the river meanders among the rocks,
Peace, like an epiphany descends into the valley of silence,
Where I dwell away from the din and turmoil
Of a topsy-turvy world filled with cacophony.

O my heart is at peace with you O Lord,
Creator of heaven, the earth and the earthly.
My meditations are of thee!
