My Aunt's Advise Poem by Josey Alfred

My Aunt's Advise

I told a lie, bosom rebuked!
I felt so bad my aunt told, be cool!
That is the way to treat in-laws,
Insist as truth, that lie you told.

That is the way to keep tight hold,
For that you have to be just bold,
Or else you will fumble in cloud.
So trim your world, to keep tight hold.

You are sensuous, daughter beloved
The lows and conscious are for old
With firm your grip, now harvest yield
And cast on them, your smile of gold.

Induce husband that fool, in your fold,
And wrap his mouth with lips your loud
Then press him on your bosom of gold
And tell a lie, he is your God!

Accuse in-laws, she keeps you tied
And makes you sick, by household tricks.
She is now old half mad her ways!
She should refrain from burning my nerves.

Tell him to send her far, from your life
Else our daughter will get, lessons bad
And make her mind, rigid and mad
That will spoil her nuptial life.
