My Beautiful Room Poem by Allan James Saywell

My Beautiful Room

Where do I go
when I need to be lonely
where do I go
when I need the sound of silence
In my room
my beautiful room
where will I go
when living becomes too much
back to the forest
back to the tree of life
where the song bird sing
a beautiful song
where the willows weep
where the stream will carry
my spirit back to the sea
where life began
