My Birthday Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

My Birthday

My birthday

I feel like I was born
Long ago, many years, centuries
Or thousands, millions.

I feel like
Though I think I do know
I do not, and sure not.

Just finished science course
In the York
Studied the Micro and Macro
Learned about many things discovered
And those found, theorised…

But answers to questions are still
In the shell and remain as they were
Blurry and hidden, nothing is clear
In the depths of oceans
Galaxies,
Black-Hole, which to me seems ear

When? Who? How?
And where to at the end?
Get replies filled with doubts!

What we are better in than before
Is doubting
Nothing is concrete
This is where we vary…
From past!

That is it…

We know well
Nothing is concrete
But before
Years ago
Centuries, and thousands, millions
Prophets had visions, concrete,
Lucky they with their heads
In the sand or snow.
