身心

看雨洗青峰流翠玉
聆風吹石瀑卷珠簾
坐禪猶覺身輕如羽
出世已然心媚若蓮


My Body And Heart

Saw rain washed the green ridge
flowed the emerald jade color

Listened to wind blew to the waterfall on the rock
rolled the bead curtain

Sat in meditation
still felt my body light like a feather

Came into the world already
my heart were enchanting like a lotus flower
