My Dearest Friend



What has happened
To our dear friendship
What has changed
In our relationship
We broke apart
Like a broken heart

Do you wonder
Laying in bed
When we will again laugh
At one another?

Time has faded
Our hearts separated
Losing a friend
A dear sister indeed.
