My Family Poem by Kevin Quero

From the moment I came into this world and opened my big baby eyes,
I knew that I was looking at my new family, because the heart, it never lies.

Through all of life's hard struggles, my family has always been there.
Always hanging on when the ride got rough, always showing how much they care.

I have a little sister.
She bothers me a lot.
When we get in trouble,
She laughs and never gets caught.

When I have friends over
She bothers him or her.
Then she runs out laughing,
Thinking she's an emperor.

My family is number one
Each one of them is my best friend
We all for sure belong together
And our strong bond will never end.

There are people whom you can't replace,
They're the ones who put a smile on your face.
They'll love you through thick and thin,
They always show you the light from deep within.

Now do you see there's no one who can love you more,
Than your very own loving family, now that's for sure.
Always remember that this is true,
That wherever you go, your family will be there for you.

My family is the light of my day
They are the moon I see far away
They're always the ones I lean upon
They're the ones who solve my troubles gone

I'm afraid of life but looking for love
I'm blessed that God sent me you from above
You are my friend, my heart, and soul
You are the greatest family I know
