Day after day
Faithfully I pray
For the Lord to show me the way
During my brief stay

My journey through life
Filled with trials and strife
My guiding light
Shining from heaven so bright

His unending love
As he watches from above
His books I read
For the guidance I need

His words the solution
Filling me resolution
So onward, I sojourn
A place in heaven to earn

Singing a song of love
For my Lord up above
Today will be a beautiful day
As I journey about my way
