My friend

It is well with you my friend
Though we may differ in opinion
You will always be my friend till the end

Diversity makes us strong
Makes us better anticipate a bend

You will always be my friend till the end
Though I know at times we are tempted
To unfairly judge and negative vibes to each other send

It is well with you my friend
I will always respect your place in this world
In your absence your rights even defend

You will always be my friend till the end
My all weather comrade
Defending you from the proverbial fiend

Though, enmity, backstabbing and hatred is the trend
Rest assured I have your back and hope you have mine
