My Heart Poem by Rachel Brewer

My heart beats for you,
The loudest beat I’ve ever felt, its for you.
I feel it bursting, trying to get out.
In my heart I want to love you, forever,
But I know this can never be real.
You are completely perfect, in every way,
And I’m, I’m not.
We wouldn’t work, even though my love is true,
If you knew how my heart burns for you,
You would not return the feeling,
I know this, but I love you,
I love you, and I will forever, until the end of my life,
Even after death my heart will beat strongly for you,
Only for you, and I’m sure that, in another life,
Another time,
Our hearts will finally meet and we will be able to share the feelings I have,
Feelings that remain forever inside my heart.
