My Heart Poem by Mary Jesusa Villegas

My Heart

My heart sings,
Of what life brings,
Even the smallest thing.
Would never exist without meaning.

My heart dances,
As I'm taking my chances,
To keep away the grudges
When my heart falls into pieces

My heart paints,
Joyful memories and familiar faces
With playful colors and brush strokes that tends to fascinate
It's a masterpiece anyone can create.

When my heart rests,
Somehow I'll get away with stress
Someday I will pass life's greatest test,
And will lead me to Almighty God's nest.
