My Love For And
My love for and
Tuesday,4th January 2022
There was no surprise left
after wife's demise
I had to promise the life
I shall stand like a rock despite strife
two children, to look at
and get
the glimpse of journey
set already in mind
'Papa, Papa, 'my ears receive pleasant bells
it rings well
I forget about the void
and avoid thinking
it leaves me thinking
when daughter's image is striking
it often speaks to me by asking
'Papa are you alright'?
this is sentimental
and emotional too
it makes you sensational
as human being and individual
daughter is far away
and son is near to stay
he takes care, but still child for me
who acts like that and still not free from a parent's love?
