My Mind, My Bible - Poem by Breanne Lucas

I lay my mind out before me
like an open book with tattered pages
blank torn paper that need my thoughts
an empty space that needs my words
bold, thick letters
some soft, some hard and sweet

I began with chapter one...
and I kept going
spilling over into chapter two
then three and four...
I hold it all
every idea, wish and dream
a bible of me
where I am the theme
