She bore pains
to safely land me
on the earth.
Now she left this earth
leaving me pain.
When I called her 'A Goddess'...
she smiled away.
When I addressed but
the deity in the temple
'O Mother! '
She felt proud, if not a little shy.
When she suckled me with milk,
when she bathed me and toweled clean,
when she fed me with the best cuisine
and knitted my sweater,
She's mother...
nothing less than a Mother.
