My Pen Poem by Sapphire Blue

 
 My pen flows only truth, never lies deceit, misuse or abuse. My  pen flows In around and though all your word plays of filtered Truth. Never have to question friend or foe, with my pen in my right hand, I already know I can't go wrong, as write out my story in poem, or song. My Writer by my side will always see me through. My pen is my passport to this world, my pen wrote though the pain of a lil girl, wrote through the scorn of a woman, & when trouble times come my pen will see me through again. & when the cash gets low- you got it -all I need is my pen! turned my back on her once for years & years on end, but when the tears wouldn't fall I cried through my pen. I've laughed, rejoiced, & gave blessings through my pen then Vowed I would never leave her again, from this day to the end, I'll stay true, just bury me with my pen!  And watch her write me out the grave so my words can live again!
