My Pulse - Poem by Michael P. McParland
Whenever I see you and you're around
my pulse picks up beating like a drum,
you give delightful shivers down my spine
because you're truly wonderful and oh so fine.
My pulse picks up and beats like a
bongo being rapidly beat.
You truly are so beautiful in every way,
you lift me up and take me away.
You are my Angel and I love you dearly my only one.
My pulse beats a rapid rhythym when you're by my side
holding hands and I feel your love.
